Focus on your team engagement using 3 types of leadership : Advocacy leadership, Inquiry leadership and Lead yourself.

By analogy to the FUJITA tornado scale,
which rates tornado intensity (from 0 light to 5 incredible),
we aim to create incredible value within organizations by developing novel concepts.

Our current studies focus on team engagement.
Therefore, we have developed a concept allowing team leaders to significantly increase this engagement
in a
straigthforward manner.

Thus, our team engagment development concept is based on the ability of leaders
to
demonstrate significant maturity in 3 types of Leadership :

Advocacy leadership

Our definition of «Advocacy leadership» is
the
ability of a leader to engage people through
his / her own words by :

  • providing business narratives (communication of purpose , vision, … )
  • giving feedback
  • dealing with bad news
  • integrating people profile in the elaboration of  business objectives

Inquiry leadership

Our definition of «Inquiry leadership» is
the
ability of a leader to engage people by giving
them the opportunity to express themselves by :

  • interacting wiht open-questions
  • involving people in decisions
  • giving freedom to operate within a framework
  • having a coaching attitude
  • using the power of past successes
